These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the American Patriot Freight website at amerpatfreight.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

American Patriot Freight is a licensed freight broker that arranges the transportation of property by motor carrier. The Site provides information about our services and allows users to request quotes, submit freight details, and contact our team.

Any quote, estimate, or transit time provided through the Site is an indication only and is not a binding contract for transportation services. Final pricing, transit terms, and liability are governed by our written Broker-Shipper Agreement and applicable rate confirmations.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or related systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site, including via scraping, automated tools, denial-of-service attacks, or distribution of malicious code
• Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent
• Use the Site to send spam, harvest personal data, or solicit business from other users

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of American Patriot Freight or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the content without our prior written permission.

"American Patriot Freight" and our logo are trademarks of American Patriot Freight. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

When you submit information through quote forms, dispatch forms, or other means, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted information for the purpose of providing our services and operating our business, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors and is subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Patriot Freight, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This limitation does not apply to liability for transportation services, which is governed separately by applicable Broker-Shipper or Broker-Carrier agreements and the Carmack Amendment where applicable.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Patriot Freight and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Site may contain links to or references to third-party websites and services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or be permanently barred.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
